About The Position

Fondomonte Arizona LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist/Lead to join our procurement team in Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, acquisition, and delivery of critical spare parts. This position is responsible for optimizing the purchase-to-pay cycle, managing complex international logistics, and driving cost-efficiency through data-driven vendor management. The Procurement Specialist ensures operational continuity by maintaining high-performing supplier relationships and introducing continuous process improvements.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
Microsoft Suite: Efficiency and experience in Excel, etc.
Ability to work independently and lead a team when required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
Education A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Economics.
Additional procurement experience in place of a degree.

Responsibilities

Strategic sourcing and vendor management.
Identify, assess, and onboard local, national, and international vendors/
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Manage the RFQ process for standard and specialized spares.
Perform detailed cost analysis and price comparisons to ensure sustainable product cost and proper discount application
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
End to End International Procurement with oversight of the procurement cycle from quotation to delivery, including management of import/customs documentation and coordination with clearing agents.
