About The Position

Fondomonte Arizona LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist/Lead to join our procurement team in Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, acquisition, and delivery of critical spare parts. This position is responsible for optimizing the purchase-to-pay cycle, managing complex international logistics, and driving cost-efficiency through data-driven vendor management. The Procurement Specialist ensures operational continuity by maintaining high-performing supplier relationships and introducing continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
  • Microsoft Suite: Efficiency and experience in Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team when required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • Education A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Economics.
  • Additional procurement experience in place of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic sourcing and vendor management.
  • Identify, assess, and onboard local, national, and international vendors/
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage the RFQ process for standard and specialized spares.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and price comparisons to ensure sustainable product cost and proper discount application
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • End to End International Procurement with oversight of the procurement cycle from quotation to delivery, including management of import/customs documentation and coordination with clearing agents.
