About The Position

As a Lead Solutions Analyst - Product Owner in Asset Management Technology working directly with the Global Real Estate business, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical product delivery. JP Morgan Asset Management - Real Estate is one of the world's leading global real estate investment managers with over $80 billion of assets under management. The platform has more than 200 dedicated real estate professionals and over 45 years of experience managing institutional real estate. You will be joining a team of approximately 20 product and engineering individuals building industry leading tools across the real estate lifecycle. You will own and manage the development of proprietary products utilized by our business in support of a vast portfolio of real estate investments that include both equity and debt positions across all major asset classes as well as extended sectors. Your ability to understand applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise in solutions/business analysis, product management, or a related field
• Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
• Hands on experience working with business leaders to identify innovative solutions that meet business strategy and introduce a competitive advantage
• Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to drive consensus
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies including usage of JIRA
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience implementing, operating, and customizing third-party tools
• Think and act as an owner- feel accountable and dig in to drive desired business outcomes

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of real estate investment management, commercial mortgage, and/or private lending is preferred
• Vendor relationship management
• Experience with solutions in real estate equity/debt market - representative examples include: Investment Management Platforms: Yardi, Argus, Rock Port, Chatham Market data providers: CoStar, RCA, Compstak, HelloData, MSCI Proptech: VTS, Energy Management Solutions, etc.
• Hands on experience with relevant tools Database/Development: SQL Server, VS Code Design/Modeling: Microsoft Visio, Lucid, Figma Reporting/Analytics: Tableau, Excel (VBA) Project Management/Collaboration: Monday.com, JIRA
• Experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning techniques to solve business problems, drive process improvements, or generate insights in real estate or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and execute on strategic technology initiatives for the real estate investment business
• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
• Demonstrate a proactive and curious approach to understanding and leveraging emerging AI technologies, regularly evaluating their applicability to real estate investment management and pursuing opportunities to deliver business value.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
• Integrate technology solutions to enable scaling of the business while adhering to operating models and policies and procedures
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
• Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
