The Lead Product Owner / Analyst provides oversight, guidance, and quality assurance for the Product Owner/Analyst team supporting our client’s modernization initiatives. This role serves as a senior and hands-on leader responsible for establishing analysis and product ownership standards, mentoring analysts, and ensuring consistency, traceability, and alignment across requirements, backlogs, and delivered product increments. Acting as a player-coach, the Lead partners with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure work is prioritized, well-defined, and delivered in support of the project roadmap.
