About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead Solution Architect to join our Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) Engineering team in the US. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the future of our F&R product by bridging the gap between technology and business needs. At RELEX, solution architects play a critical role in ensuring our innovations truly solve real customer challenges—guiding teams from concept to delivery with clarity and impact

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of customer business processes as well as how those processes fit into other processes retailers and wholesalers have
• Excellent ability to influence effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels
• Excellent competence on RELEX Forecast & Replenishment and RELEX Planning solutions or competitive solutions: Calculation logics, algorithms, business rules, database, workspace and ability to configure new solutions using these components
• Excellent ability to translate customer requirements to solution specifications
• Excellent capability and motivation to learn new concepts fast and put learnings into use effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Translate identified customer needs to product specifications either through configuration or backend development and work with engineering teams to produce high-quality features
• Ensure pilots for prototypes and new features successfully deliver customer value and ensure that the results are documented as business cases that drive upselling and adoption
• Lead others through coaching, guiding, training etc. Be a multiplier for the US team, and create self-reinforcing US - R&D collaboration culture
• Act as a conduit for US insights to the central R&D team over unified RELEX offering, ensuring the US specific needs are considered in product development
• Act as a product expert over entire Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) portfolio by providing expert support for customer teams working in challenging sales or customer cases
• Act as engineering ambassador in relevant customer engagements like Special Interest Groups (SIGs), Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), Live Sessions / Live Customer Engagements
