About The Position

The Lead Solution Analyst is a senior technical professional responsible for designing, analysing and implementing business solutions that align with client goals. The person in this role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring optimal delivery of projects and services. The Lead Solution Analyst will be responsible for understanding the business context and client needs and help to tailor the solution. They will oversee the definition, analysis, and documentation of client and business needs, translating and mapping them into technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • 5+ Years work experience in solution analysis, business analysis or related roles
  • Knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. client-server, web-based architectures, cloud technology, micro services, relational databases)
  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, system integration, and business process modeling.
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experiencing creating User journeys and User flow diagrams using Visio, Lucid Charts, Figma
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile or Waterfall environment.
  • Experience writing User Stories and Epics for software development in an Agile environment.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
  • High Level understanding of programming languages.
  • Familiarization with software development methods and testing.
  • Skilled in Process and Data Mapping.
  • Proven time management and organization skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely on projects as well as a being a strong team player.

  • Background in Cashback and/or Loyalty industry
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
  • Proficient in Visio, Figma, Lucid Charts

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business solutions, tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Client, Product and Technology) to gather and define business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and document user journeys, process flows, user flow diagrams (using Visio, Lucid, Figma).
  • Break down major requirements into small incremental value-add features and prioritize with all stakeholders.
  • Work with Technical Architects to define solution and Work with Design team to define user experience. Document User Stories, Epics that clearly articulate business objectives and logic.
  • Oversee solution delivery and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate meetings to drive consensus and solution adoption.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to business solutions
