MS Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology is the global technology department responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) business. The department is comprised of 10 organizations: Sales, Banking & Corporate-Client Technology, Investment Products & Markets Technology, Client Reporting, Core Processing, Private and International Wealth Management Technology, Technology Integration Office, Enterprise Infrastructure & Production Management, Capital Markets Application & Data Services, Deployment Planning & Release Management, and the Chief Operating Office. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced robotic process automation manager to establish an automation practice to empower employees to become more productive and efficient in their daily activities. This team will partner with several departments in the firm to automate tasks and allow employees to spend time on higher value activities. As a process analyst lead of the automation team, you will have the opportunity to implement solutions leveraging the latest in robotic automation by leveraging your technical, design and analytical skills. You will provide guidance and direction with process owners to select, prioritize, and prepare processes for automation. Requirements

• 8 years or more experience process analysis for automation
• 5 years or more experience leading teams related to RPA
• Experience with RPA software and implementing process automation at enterprise scale
• Experience with process engineering and re-engineering
• Understanding all aspects of the RPA domain
• Understanding of multitier application design
• Agile Software Development Lifecycle
• Basic brokerage middle and back office operational
• Understanding of OCR and related technologies
• Understanding of Machine Learning and related technologies
