The Lead Shift Coordinator serves as the assistant to the Clinical Director for the BHUC and FBC programs. This position will remain in rotation, but will assist with staffing schedules, ongoing training of Shift Coordinators and Mental Health Technicians, and assist in provision of supervision requirements for the teams. The Lead Shift Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the overall operations of the shifts meet all policy, protocol, and licensing requirements, ensuring the highest quality of service to the clients by creating an atmosphere that is safe, respectful and positive for all.
