About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Setter to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2C sales processes, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. The Lead Setter will be responsible to work our Mobile Showroom at various locations throughout the Delaware Valley.

Requirements

Proven experience in consumer sales or telemarketing, preferably within a B2C environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful appointment setting.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to demonstrate effective customer service techniques and build rapport with potential clients.
A proactive attitude toward lead generation efforts.
Ability to work at the Mobile Showroom on Saturdays and Sundays.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
