About The Position
Act in the technical role to help design solutions for complex computer applications and/or applications initiatives. Utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plan, perform, and act as the escalation point for complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Act as expert technical resources to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. Design data services that deliver Strategic Enterprise Risk Management data. Design and build high performing and scalable data pipeline platform using Hadoop, Ab Initio and Cloud based solutions. Resolve issues and propose strategic solutions. Leverage knowledge of industry trends to build best in class technology to provide competitive advantage. Act as an expert technical resource to programming staff int he program development, testing, and implementation process.
Requirements
- Must have WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) experience
- 6+ years experience in ServiceNow development
- CAS certification (CAD cert is a plus)
