About The Position

This position leads the development, implementation, and delivery of training programs and documentation of trainee output. As a subject matter expert, the incumbent evaluates training effectiveness, identifies potential training gaps for classroom and/or eLearning programs, and develops learning programs accordingly. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years Related Experience (Classroom Training; Policies and Procedures Writing) required
  • Including Excellent Written and Verbal Communication

Responsibilities

  • Develops, designs, and delivers programs, tools, and methods to train associates to develop skills for use in delivering quality customer interaction.
  • Leads the department's new hire training program by delivering classroom training.
  • Analyzes training program gaps and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Coaches trainees on their progress and develops performance improvement goals.
  • Participates in the hiring selection process and planning timeline for new hire classes.
  • Develops training materials, aides, and binders.
  • Monitors existing and emerging learning technology and trends.
  • Leads implementation and ongoing management of departmental projects and system testing.
  • Provides guidance to entry level associates and peers, and may take lead on complex situations.
