About The Position
We are seeking seasoned carpenters experienced in roofing and siding repairs to fill a full-time, year-round Lead Service Technician position at our South Lyon or Rochester Hills location. Lead Technicians will work as a leader of a team to complete repairs to exteriors of homes across Southeast Michigan. Successful candidates have the technical skills to complete the work and the ability to interact with co-workers and customers to solve problems independently.
Requirements
- Ability to act as jobsite foreman for service jobs
- Ability to interact with customers and colleagues to resolve issues
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to report to work at 7am Monday-Friday
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
