About The Position

Fast-pace and rewarding working environment. We are looking for a competent Help Desk Specialist to provide fast and efficient technical assistance to our agencies users. They will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. This is a fast pace call center; attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must. An excellent Help Desk Specialist must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the agencies reputation. This is an open-ended contract position listed as 6-12 months+ but in reality, should last well into next year.possible chance of perm conversion after 2 years.
