About The Position

We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys helping people and solving problems. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for internal users, supporting a mix of hardware, software, and mobile devices. If you take pride in providing great customer service and can explain technical solutions in a clear, friendly way, you’ll fit in well here.

Requirements

  • Experience in a service desk or help desk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Active Directory (password resets, basic user administration)
  • Office 365 / Microsoft 365 support
  • Windows 11 and general Windows troubleshooting
  • Hardware and peripheral support
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • A customer‑first approach

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor
  • Ability to collaborate well with a team and support others when needed
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with users of all technical levels

Responsibilities

  • Support users with computer hardware, software, and business applications
  • Help with mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
  • Work within established SLAs and keep users informed throughout the process
  • Communicate technical information in an approachable, easy‑to-understand manner
  • Offer one‑on-one user training when someone needs a little extra guidance
  • Document and manage issues in the ticketing system
  • Recognize when an issue needs escalation and route it to the right support group
