This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. Work to be performed in Dahlgren, VA. The AT&T will provide comprehensive Information Technology Infrastructure Support Services to the US Navy, delivering asset management, network operations, system design and configuration, and facility support to ensure effective day-to-day operations at several Naval Bases. AT&T has an opening for a Lead Senior Systems Analyst to provide technical and analytical support to the US Navy. This position is responsible for preparing technical documentation, conducting system and data analysis, and delivering recommendations that drive efficiency and compliance across Naval IT Systems.

Requirements

  • 6 years of professional work and leadership experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
  • Experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect.
  • Required IAT III certification
  • TS/SCI with poly or Secret clearance (#tssci) (#polygraph (#secret)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, document, and validate requirements with Government stakeholders.
  • Perform system and data analysis to support solution design and implementation.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare IT reports, metrics, and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to continual service improvement activities.
