This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. Work to be performed in Dahlgren, VA. The AT&T will provide comprehensive Information Technology Infrastructure Support Services to the US Navy, delivering asset management, network operations, system design and configuration, and facility support to ensure effective day-to-day operations at several Naval Bases. AT&T has an opening for a Senior Program Analyst to provide program planning, acquisition support, and performance analysis for the US Navy. This position will play a key role in efficiency, supporting leadership decisions, and enabling successful long-range program implementation in support of mission objectives.

Requirements

  • 6 years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, and program cost analysis.
  • TS/SCI with poly or Secret clearance
  • IAM Level III Certification

Responsibilities

  • Developing and evaluating detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range program implementation.
  • Documenting planning and programming decisions to meet DoD requirements.
  • Identifying and managing resource requirements including scope, budgets, schedules, quality, procurement, risk, regulatory requirements, and customer relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining acquisition strategies, plans, and required documents in support of acquisition reviews.
  • Conducting organizational assessments and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Assessing training programs and recommending enhancements.
  • Analyzing project and program budgets, monitoring expenses, and managing account balances.
  • Conducting studies and research projects related to management processes and systems.
  • Analyzing data to identify program needs and make improvements to processes and efficiency.
  • Preparing reports of program analysis findings, inspections, and trends.
  • Presenting findings, recommendations, and plans to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining program and administrative reference materials, files, and background documents.
