Established in June 2022, Dentsu Creative integrates with dentsu’s Media and CXM businesses across over 145 countries to offer Integrated Growth Solutions. • Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposing production solutions that push the quality of work forward.
  • Endlessly curious, production-obsessed, and always chasing clever solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the creative by finding versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive and make them even stronger as they evolve into fully realized projects.
  • Help determine what’s possible within the realities of budget, timing, and scope—and how to make it great anyway.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, and animators.
  • Guide junior talent and share production wisdom to help the whole department level up.
  • Maintain a trusted network of partners and go-to resources for any kind of production challenge.
  • Oversee multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensure overall quality of work of multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams for big, integrated productions (<$1M).
  • Work hand-in-hand with Business Affairs from concept to delivery, understanding AICP and AICE bid formats, and managing permits, releases, usage terms, other rights clearances, and tracking/actualizing production budgets.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA talent guidelines, usage, and payments to keep everything compliant and smooth.
  • Manage meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, and deadline tracking, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are informed.
  • Anticipate a project’s trajectory and put strategic plans in place, steering rather than just reacting.
  • Lead post-project summaries and share learnings to improve future projects.
