A Senior Producer at WPP Production is a dynamic individual responsible for overseeing all facets of integrated production, including scoping, concept development, budget management, scheduling, as well as overseeing shoots, editing, visual effects, music selection, and final delivery. This role also involves close collaboration with digital, social, and experiential teams to ensure seamless integration of assets and content across various channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an advertising agency or within a corporate production environment
• Able to work independently with limited supervision, and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders within the agency
• Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
• Client relationship management skills
• Understanding of production, post production and adaptation project work flows
• Results driven and proactive
• Excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented & multi-tasking abilities
• Understanding of emerging technology and Ai tools and how they can be used in a production environment
• Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion
• Serve as the main agency contact on your projects: help define and maintain vision, clarify strategic requirements, demystify complex ideas, and manage team expectations.
• Proactively identify project issues/risks, assists in issue/risk resolution
• Ongoing review of production process and practices with an eye toward enhancing and increasing effectiveness
• Experience across the production lifecycle from in camera capture to multi-channel deployment
• Strong understanding of the post process and the resources needed to deliver projects across stills, video, animation and digital
• Serve as an expert of production craft, collaborating with creative teams to source the best talent and execute all projects
• Act as a key client-facing team member, responsible for creating production strategies, innovative solutions, and account-specific creative production approaches
• Maintain fiscal responsibility and integrity across all projects
• Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and strategies, contributing imaginative ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
• Assist in executing the creative concept and develop comprehensive production rationale with a innovation mindset
• Provide expert guidance to agency stakeholders on content production matters, enhancing quality through creative and budgetary solutions
• Demonstrate expertise in filmmaking, photography, digital platforms, and formats, while effectively juggling multiple projects
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to navigating production challenges
• Proficient in conflict resolution, upholding fiscal responsibility, and ethical standards
