The Lead Salesperson will be the face of the Sloanâs brand in the community. This role is responsible for driving revenue by creating and maintaining strong relationships with lead-generating partners while representing our company and values throughout the sales and after-care process.This is a relationship-driven role focused on long-term partnerships, trust, and consistent follow-through, not transactional selling. As the Lead Salesperson, you will have the opportunity to service and sell the vast majority of company leads.
