The Lead, Sales Operations will report to the Director, Sales Operations and will be responsible for driving change across the America’s by optimizing sales processes, implementing strategies, and ensuring alignment between sales and other functional areas. The Sales Operations Lead works closely with senior sales, strategic sales & analytics, category planning, and operations teams to ensure that sales initiatives align with the company's growth objectives and deliver exceptional results.
