About The Position

As the Lead Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process while partnering directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition. This leadership position requires a blend of tactical and strategic expertise to ensure we attract, assess, and hire top talent for key vacancies. You will not only oversee the recruitment pipeline, but also guide and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure their professional growth, alignment with goals, and successful hiring outcomes. The Lead Recruiter will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement in current recruitment processes, implementing best practices, and helping develop long-term recruiting strategies. By leveraging data, industry insights, and deep collaboration with department heads, you will shape and execute recruiting initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive business success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5-10 yrs or progressive recruiting experience as a senior recruiter, lead recruiter, or recruiting manager in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of recruiters to meet and exceed hiring goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics tools to make informed decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, balancing both hands-on recruiting and team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategic recruiting plans that address current and future hiring needs including developing sourcing strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, guide, and develop a team of recruiters, providing support in their day-to-day work, fostering collaboration, and creating a high-performance, results-driven team culture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage recruitment analytics and performance data to identify trends, improve processes, and provide actionable insights to leadership regarding hiring effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, HR, and department leaders to gain a deep understanding of staffing needs, organizational priorities, and team dynamics to help guide hiring decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and introduce recruitment best practices and tools that will help the organization stay competitive in the market and enhance overall talent acquisition efficiency.
