As a Lead G&A Recruiter, you’ll play an essential role in our company’s growth by supporting staffing for growing teams across Marketing, Operations, POps, and more. Your ability to think outside of the box to identify, attract, and close the nation’s best talent, paired with your passion for creating an efficient and highly personalized candidate experience, will impact our employees and patients for years to come.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting processes at all levels, with a strong focus on executive relationship building
  • A deep understanding of the recruiting industry; you’re up to date on the latest market trends, recruiting tools and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills! You believe that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
  • A metrics-driven mindset; you leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization. A few tools that we use: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday
  • A passion for building inclusive, diverse teams; you utilize a variety of methods to attract the best talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience to all
  • Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within our G&A org, from initial sourcing to closing candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams for a full range of roles from Associate to Director
  • Monitoring the health of your pipelines, using data to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with others on solving recruiting challenges
  • Partnering closely with stakeholders from across the business and proactively keeping everyone in the loop of current role status; fielding questions about process, market conditions, roadblocks, progress, etc.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and belonging
