As a Lead Recruiter at EAB with a focus on recruitment for Hybrid, you’ll play a key role in attracting, assessing, and recruiting top commercial talent for Hybrid's fast-growing teams across functions including Sales, Account Management, and Marketing. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every candidate and stakeholder. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, organized in their work, driven to succeed, and passionate about commercial recruitment. You will also be comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, with an understanding of how to organize an ATS and how to use enterprise videoconferencing software (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for virtual interviews. And in addition to driving recruitment for Hybrid in the U.S., you will also be joining the broader EAB Recruiting team and will have opportunities to play a key role in integrating best-practice Talent Acquisition strategies and processes. This hire will be based in our Philadelphia, PA office.
