Compensation: $35-40 per hour Employment Type: starts out at Part-time, transitioning to full-time Experience Level: Mid level to Senior Job Title: Lead Property Maintenance and Repair Tech / Craftsman What You'll Do: Oversee, manage, and execute routine home maintenance services Lead and mentor a team of technicians Ensure customer satisfaction with exceptional service quality Pay, Bonuses and Career Growth: Supportive and friendly work environment Competitive hourly base pay + monthly performance bonuses Commission for upselling additional property services (like window washing or gutter guard installs) Commission for new business (booking future services or multi-property packages) Cash bonuses for: 5-star Google reviews Employee referrals Customer referrals Requirements: Proven experience in property maintenance or related field Ability to work independently and be reliable Ability to manage and coordinate incoming jobs between your and Customer's schedules Your own transportation (vehicle) and tools. Requirements
