About The Position
HomeSmiles is hiring a Lead Property Maintenance and Repair Technician who wants a hands-on property maintenance and repair serving residential and commercial properties. Are you a skilled technician/craftsman with a passion for delivering top-notch home maintenance services in the Denver Metro area? HomeSmiles is America's Leader in Preventative Property Maintenance and we are looking for help! HomeSmiles is the one-stop shop for preventative and routine property maintenance. We specialize in proactive, scheduled, bundled exterior cleaning services designed to extend the life of homes and reduce costly repairs. this roles serves the (reactionary) maintenance and repair services on the residential and commercial side Join our HomeSmiles Team and help keep families safe. HomeSmiles is a single solution to all of our client’s property maintenance needs, including dryer vent cleaning, window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and so much more! Each franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the franchise and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each franchise. All inquiries about employment should be made directly to the franchise location.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance or related field
- Ability to work independently and be reliable
- Ability to manage and coordinate incoming jobs between your and Customer's schedules
- Your own transportation (vehicle) and tools.
- Ability to travel throughout Denver in a single day's work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to excellence and customer service
