Phreesia is growing its Network Solutions business with the launch of a unique audience solution for programmatic media that connects healthcare providers (HCPs) to relevant, privacy-safe content experiences. The Lead, Programmatic Trading will drive the strategic and operational build-out of Phreesia’s programmatic capabilities, leveraging deep buy-side expertise to optimize media performance, inventory connectivity, and audience activation. You will be hands-on in campaign design, execution, and optimization, while serving as the internal expert on programmatic strategy, data partnerships, audience solutions, and inventory relationships. You will combine technical fluency in programmatic operations with your strong understanding of HCP and pharmaceutical marketing goals. You are analytical, who thrives in dynamic environments, and is motivated to build from the ground up. You can bridge trading strategy, ad tech infrastructure, and go-to-market execution, and is equally comfortable in a DSP console, data dashboard, or client strategy meeting. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
