Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing programmatic campaigns; agency experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk required; experience with other DSPs a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager preferred.
  • Exposure to YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Google Display Network a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort working in-platform.
  • A test-and-learn mindset and eagerness to grow across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and optimize omnichannel programmatic campaigns, primarily within The Trade Desk.
  • Support Media Strategy with audience forecasting, CPM estimates, targeting approaches, inventory availability, and channel recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, trafficking, and execution across all in-platform buys.
  • Partner with Ad Ops and Analytics to evaluate performance, pull insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Champion ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creative, formats, and tactics to improve results.
  • Monitor daily pacing to ensure campaigns deliver in line with approved budgets.
  • Flag potential over-delivery or under-delivery early and collaborate on solutions.
  • Work with Creative teams to recommend the appropriate number and types of creative assets by channel and tactic.
  • Collaborate closely with Media Strategy, Ad Ops, Analytics, Paid Social, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and campaign success.
  • Stay current on programmatic trends, platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging best practices.
