The Lead, Program Management will support the Facilities and Operations Program Managers in organizing and executing Facilities and Operations projects across the United States and Canada, by managing the related administrative functions of the role. This involves supporting the monitoring of project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, vendor management, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner, tracking issues and risks, and maintaining trackers. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Program Management. This role may be based out of Seattle or Austin. The primary objective is to support Program Managers by analyzing project and vendor data, creating and maintaining business trackers, developing project schedules, documenting and maintaining business processes, SOPs and standards, and supporting regional communications. The Lead, Program Management may travel within the region.
