About The Position

As a Production Lead, you'll oversee shift operations and lead a team of
production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You'll
ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong
communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

• Aptitude for leading and developing subordinates
• Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
• A team oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Forklift driving skills( required)
• Physical ability: Walk, Stand, Bend, Stoop, Reach and Lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work in temps of 60 to 90 degrees
• Flexibility to work overtime on a regular basis

• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• The Production Lead Person oversees all shift employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards.
• They will assure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak.
