Lead Engineer- Centrifugal Compressors Are you a Compressors Engineer looking for a new challenge? Partner with the best The Lead Engineer is a key role working with compressors customers though both individual and team assignments. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise into centrifugal compressor and other related equipment operations. Will be part of the team strengthening relationship with critical functions. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for: Applying technical and business knowledge regarding compressors to ensure successful outcomes for projects Working with cross-functional and cross-discipline internal and external teams. Applying system engineering methodologies such as requirements definition, system architecture and integration, analyses, configuration management, and risk management in the design phase of products. Being recognized as an SME in centrifugal compressors to support others with both business and technical mentoring/coaching Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, Master degree preferred. Have 7+ years of industry experience working with centrifugal compressors Have experience with vibration analysis, rotor dynamic analysis, compressor balance of plant/Auxiliaries and general compressor performance Six Sigma certification of Green Belt or higher Be able to travel as needed about 10% to visit customers Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, Master degree preferred.
