This position is classified as structured hybrid, with an expectation of a minimum of three (3) days per week working in the office and flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days. On-site expectations may evolve over time to support business needs, with clear communication provided in advance. <<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>> JOB DESCRIPTION Location Requirement This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in one of the following approved locations: New York, NY; Birmingham, AL; Miami, FL; Tampa, FL; Blue Ash or Cincinnati, OH; or Los Angeles, CA Job Summary The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for designing and driving end-to-end product planning and execution for Green Dot's Partner products and services. This position will lead the migration efforts of a partner platform from on-prem to cloud by helping define and prioritize market and partner requirements for API integrations, and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all partner and internal stakeholder requirements are met. This role will work closely with Business leaders, Product, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations and Engineering to develop customer journeys and user experience, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ year experience with payments and money movement required including:
  • 5+ years working in Fintech, or Banking technology industries with working knowledge of payments and consumer financial services.
  • 3+ years implementing and/or supporting ACH (RDFI and ODFI) processing including understanding of the NACHA file format.
  • 3+ years implementing and/or supporting instant payments (OCT, AFT, Ecommerce, etc).
  • Experience migrating platforms from on-prem to cloud. Azure preferred.
  • Experience in managing an API-based B2B services.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Jira.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Other payments experience highly desired including:
  • Prior experience implementing and/or supporting payment rails with MasterCard Send, Visa Direct, and/or Fiserv.
  • Experience implementing RTP/FedNow.
  • Payment Processor knowledge (PTS, First Data etc) and understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards
  • Ability to work in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones
  • Working knowledge of FinTech products and services
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the location requirement outlined above

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops and manages activities for launching GreenDot’s partner products and services from product definition and planning through production, release, and account management.
  • Leads all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, migrations, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line for the partnership.
  • Manages the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures project completion is within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Analyzes product requirements and develops appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully delivered.
  • Works closely with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Triage product defects and ensure proper ownership and delegation towards resolutions.
  • Collaborates closely with development, QA, and Account Management teams.
  • Manages compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and process leanings.
  • Performs other duties as needed.
