What Makes You a Great Fit We are a small, creative, and passionate group of product designers who define and shape all user-facing aspects of the Pebl brand and products. We partner closely with product and engineering teams to design user experiences, translate concepts into fully realized solutions, and iterate based on testing and feedback. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing Design Team. This position is based in our Palo Alto office with in-office attendance required Monday through Wednesday.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in UX design, focusing on digital products and services.
  • Maintain a portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Are proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Can confidently present your work to senior stakeholders.
  • Have experience with design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
  • Hold a certification in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the end-to-end customer journey, starting with exploration on the Pebl website.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
  • Deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure design solutions meet business goals.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
