As supervised by the Information Services Training Manager, coordinates, develops and provides professional-level training to users of the electronic health record system and other applications as required. Serves as a highly valued organizational asset and a recognized and respected training leader within the Brown University Health Information Services department and Training Team. Works collaboratively with the IS Training Manager to analyze, design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, curricula, and learning assessments. Consults on and facilitates assessments of employee skills related to electronic records technologies, business operations, and clinical management, among other functions. Assesses and advises on various aspects of project implementation related to technology, training, and continuous process workflow improvements.
