About The Position
Primrose School of South Meridian is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire young minds and create meaningful learning experiences in a supportive, team-driven environment. The role involves leading a classroom where learning is intentional, fun, and impactful every day, bringing the Balanced Learning® curriculum to life.
Requirements
- 2+ years of preschool or early childhood experience
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Someone who brings energy, positivity, and consistency to their classroom
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging, hands-on lesson plans
- Foster a positive, nurturing classroom where children feel safe and excited to learn
- Guide children through important developmental milestones
- Communicate with families and build strong relationships
- Lead your classroom with confidence while supporting assistant teachers
- Bring our Balanced Learning® curriculum to life each day
