About The Position

Primrose School of South Meridian is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire young minds and create meaningful learning experiences in a supportive, team-driven environment. The role involves leading a classroom where learning is intentional, fun, and impactful every day, guiding children through developmental milestones, and building strong relationships with families.

Requirements

• 2+ years of preschool or early childhood experience
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Someone who brings energy, positivity, and consistency to their classroom

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required

• Create and implement engaging, hands-on lesson plans
