What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily aggregate production activities Operate and oversee aggregate processing equipment Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety standards Train and guide team members on operational best practices Communicate effectively with supervisors and team to meet production goals

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
