Requirements

  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools
  • Understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Manage coordination and supervision of various U-Haul Repair Shop Teams, i.e., preventive maintenance, trailer, detail, van body, etc.
  • Read and interpret Electronic Pre-Inspection information.
  • Maintain professionalism and a coaching disposition.
  • Assisting repairing equipment using the appropriate tools, technologies and procedures in order to restore vehicles to proper working condition.
  • Seek ways to improve business operation efficiencies and customer service.
  • Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.
