Within this framework, our therapists are embedded in our primary-care sites to participate in direct patient care and interdisciplinary consultations to serve a diverse patient population. This role is supported by a team of patient care coordinators to help facilitate linkage to care, as needed, in the community. Annapolis Pediatrics is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly organized Lead Therapist to support clinical operations, lead the behavioral health team, and deliver high-quality mental health services within our pediatric primary care model. The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical judgment, experience with ages 5–22, and strengths in program coordination, workflow development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
