About The Position

Responsible for coordinating the day to day Payroll functions for all Goodwill Industries business units and Payroll staff; ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, training Payroll Specialists on payroll systems, and maintaining complete payroll records.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computerized payroll system
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of classified information
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general office practices
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to work in an open environment
  • Works well on and with a team
