Requirements
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Basic troubleshooting abilities, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn new software.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience driving a forklift and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Coach: Guide and mentor your team, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Drive Efficiency: Delegate responsibilities, manage daily schedules and breaks, and ensure the team meets and exceeds production targets.
- Maintain Quality: Oversee all packaging and labeling to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.
- Ensure Safety: Lead by example in maintaining a clean and safe workplace, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
- Troubleshoot and Train: Act as the first line of support for machinery issues and be responsible for training new team members on products and processes.
- Perform Essential Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, conduct quality checks, and report any issues to the Shift Manager.
