Packaging Line Lead
About The Position
· Must be able to perform all the responsibilities of a Packaging Technicians · Overseeing and supporting the employees and the activities of their assigned packaging line. · Train and develop new Packaging employees. · Ensure all products are packaging to BRC quality standards and in accordance with GMP regulations. · Making sure logs and packaging records are filled out correctly. · Ensure packaging lines are running at an optimal setting. · Assisting Packaging Technicians with troubleshooting. · Alerting the Packaging floor Lead of manufacturing issues and assist with a with resolution implementation. · Keeping the Packaging Floor Lead informed of employee performance. · Assisting the Floor Lead by ensuring the packaging lines/rooms are always maintained in a GMP compliant manner. · Ensuring Packaging Technician are working safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations. - Effectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and lead/supervisor. - Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach when managing challenging situations - Assisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff - Performs other duties as assigned
