Unity Lab Services offers integrated lab services, support, and supply management with customized solutions and expert service. We’re seeking an upbeat Order Management Specialist to ensure smooth order processing that maintains customer satisfaction, and team alignment. A day in the Life: Assist customers with order-related tasks through systems like SAP/Oracle, Salesforce, and EDI portals, including entering, updating, canceling, or expediting orders and returns. Resolve customer inquiries about pricing, availability, delivery status, invoices, credits, and deductions, aiming for first-contact resolution. Identify and fix EDI “kick-out” errors and ensure accurate data. Follow guidelines to complete tasks on time and accurately. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial Monitor order progress, identify potential delays, and suggest workflow improvements. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed. Keys to Success:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years proven experience in customer service, order management, or call centers, ideally with experience resolving order or delivery-related issues.
  • Comfort guiding peers—you’ve informally mentored or led small process initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with multiple ordering systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
  • Friendly, solution-focused communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Attention to detail and proven time-management skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solver’s mindset—able to recognize issues, diagnose root causes, and propose practical fixes.
