As an Order Management Lead, you will manage all orders for assigned enterprise customer(s), ensuring all defined customer expectations/SLAs are met. YOUR IMPACT The essential functions of this position include: Own the data accuracy of the orders, making sure all orders are up to date, accurate, and aligned with all business system. Provide guidance and direction to ISRs and Order Expeditors to drive quality and accuracy. Provide governance and oversight to adherence to processes and procedures. Ensure data accuracy on all orders, all updates are in accordance with documented procedures to flow appropriately to downstream systems. Track, research, and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring customer issues related to order processing, fulfillment and invoicing are addressed promptly.
