About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Job Summary: This position is for a person who has System Administrator knowledge and can manage OSS/EMS systems, in a Tiered support structure. This is a Tier 2 position, where the candidate will have to work in an on-call rotation through weeks and evenings from time to time. Roles and Responsibilities: Support all EMS’s and OSS’s in AT&T from current Mobility Ericsson ENM platforms, both current production systems and upcoming cloud instances, to the Nokia Net Act systems, current production and Cloud Band systems. All Cisco EMS’s, ePNM, Prime and Acuitas systems. We also support legacy systems supporting firewalls, routing and fiber networks.

Requirements

System Administrator skills, knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker Operating systems, as well as knowledge of server hardware configurations and able to work through the replacement of defective parts.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Please provide all vendor certifications.
You will be required to become part of an on-call rotation for 1 week at a time.
