Requirements

15+ years of experience in .NET development, software engineering, or enterprise application development.
3+ years of hands‑on experience with PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven).
3+ years of experience building Power Automate workflows.
Experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar programming languages used to complement Power Platform solutions.
Experience building applications that integrate with SQL Server and external data sources via Premium Connectors.
Strong background designing scalable application components, custom controls, and integrated systems.
Experience leading long-term Power Platform engagements (6+ months).
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and business partners.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Background working in Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC).
Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, web services, and 3rd‑party integrations.
Experience mentoring junior developers or serving as a team lead.
Exposure to Dynamics 365, Azure services, or advanced SharePoint integrations.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure .NET and Power Platform solutions.
Lead the development of a Canvas App for an internal project tracking application.
Build Power Automate workflows supporting automation and process optimization.
Develop a front‑end customer relationship management (CRM) portal with Active Directory and multiple data integrations.
Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL Server databases and SharePoint document libraries.
Serve as a technical mentor and guide for developers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Partner with technical leadership to refine architecture, improve applications, and define reusable frameworks.

$137,000–$147,000 annually or $78–$83 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
