Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in .NET development, software engineering, or enterprise application development.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven).
- 3+ years of experience building Power Automate workflows.
- Experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar programming languages used to complement Power Platform solutions.
- Experience building applications that integrate with SQL Server and external data sources via Premium Connectors.
- Strong background designing scalable application components, custom controls, and integrated systems.
- Experience leading long-term Power Platform engagements (6+ months).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and business partners.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
- Background working in Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC).
- Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, web services, and 3rd‑party integrations.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or serving as a team lead.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365, Azure services, or advanced SharePoint integrations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure .NET and Power Platform solutions.
- Lead the development of a Canvas App for an internal project tracking application.
- Build Power Automate workflows supporting automation and process optimization.
- Develop a front‑end customer relationship management (CRM) portal with Active Directory and multiple data integrations.
- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL Server databases and SharePoint document libraries.
- Serve as a technical mentor and guide for developers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Partner with technical leadership to refine architecture, improve applications, and define reusable frameworks.

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $137,000–$147,000 annually or $78–$83 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
