The HubSpot Ops team is seeking a Lead Monetization Analyst to help the most important product pricing and packaging decisions, grounded in data, customer insights, and strategic thinking. The Lead Monetization Analyst will be responsible for owning business performance reporting and supporting pricing and packaging decisions for ‘Hubs’ (Hubspot’s Marketing, Sales, Service, and Content Hub products). This is an individual contributor leadership role, intended for individuals who have demonstrated the capability of taking on cross-functional, complex, and mission-critical projects and delivering success. In this role, you will: Own the end-to-end process for pricing and packaging proposals—from development through cross-functional alignment, executive decision-making, and shepherding to implementation—to drive Hub monetization Ground recommendations based in proactive pricing strategic thinking, data analysis and modeling, and competitive intelligence/knowledge of the competitive landscape Deeply understand Hub performance and be able to report out on key trends to inform product partners and help inform future monetization decisions To be successful, you will need to: Become an expert in Hubspot’s financial and customer usage data Develop compelling narratives for a C-Suite audience grounded in strong data analysis Partner with product leaders to make decisions as a strategic advisor Drive cross-functional workstreams from metric definition to data instrumentation Translate ambiguous business questions into discrete analyses with concrete recommendations Lead through the example of your work by delivering projects that set the standard for utility, completeness, accuracy, interpretability, and extensibility
