ROLE 👩🏽💻👨💻 How you’ll contribute Work with teammates in product, marketing, engineering, analytics, and finance to craft monetization experiences through new features and enhancements. Define and shape end-to-end monetization workflows, starting from early ideas and sketches, progressing to interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final implementation. Leverage customer insights to drive decisions aimed at improving conversion, upgrades, retention, and subscription management experiences. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs around pricing, plans, billing, and payments, as well as competitor analysis to inform strategy. Elevate the design culture at Superhuman by pursuing remarkable quality in your design craft and producing consistent, high-quality work that supports revenue growth. How you’ll collaborate Partner with product managers to set the vision for monetization initiatives and build a roadmap of projects that improve revenue, conversion, and customer trust. Engage with Product, Marketing, Brand, and Finance stakeholders, effectively communicating design updates to leadership for feedback and approval. Advise product and engineering teammates through a deep understanding of monetization patterns and systems, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices. Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and finance to improve processes and deliver reliable, scalable monetization features across the product.
