About The Position

Responsible for covering shift responsibilities in the absence of shift Warehouse Leaders and Backup Leaders. Also helps cover shifts in outside warehouses when assigned by warehouse lead. Assist warehouse leader in Overseeing the Finished Goods and Raw Material Handlers on their shift and ensure efficient movement and storage of raw materials and finished product. Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in the proper training and testing of new hires and existing associates. Verifies adherence to all procedures within Safety, Corporate / Site Quality System, Operational Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO standards. Maintains and adheres to work instructions for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. Responsible for the accuracy of transactions, product scanning, finished goods inventory and inventory reliability. This is a night shift position. The hours are 6:45 pm to 7:15 am.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 3 to 5 years prior related work experience
• Self-motivated
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb on and off lift and to sit, stand and move about the facility
