As a key member of the Commercial Product Marketing and Field Readiness Team, the Lead Marketing Consultant plays an essential role in executing how KeyBank Commercial brings its lending and payments solutions to market—and how our field teams are equipped to deliver them effectively. This role partners closely with Product, Business Development (BD), and Corporate Center Marketing to implement go-to-market strategies, develop product positioning, and create enablement tools that empower relationship teams to deliver client value and deepen relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can take ownership and deliver flawlessly on commitments—while demonstrating accountability for outcomes and proactive communication with stakeholders.
