About The Position

Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. This role impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning and execution. The position has some autonomy but is focused on the execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required, typically with guidance. The role involves developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. It requires an in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work and how the work of the team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. The individual will use some level of judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters, but with guidance. Prior experience and on-the-job training are used to solve straightforward tasks, and the role requires access to technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems. Decisions may involve using multiple internal sources outside of the immediate team. This job level is likely for an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant job experience.
Advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment.
